KITCHEN ASSISTANT
Job Description

Help support the cook to deliver the menu to expected standard.

Washing, peeling and preparing food ingredients

Using equipment such as mixers, special knives and cutters

Reviewing kitchen inventory and determining what items are needed

Unloading fresh supplies and organising the stockroom

Checking sell-by dates and rotating food stock

Cleaning kitchen appliances, ovens, dishes and pans

Observing cooking times and correct temperatures

Includes washing dishes and cleaning in between cooking and food preparation
Barista & Cashier
Job Description - Training Provided

Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, espresso, and specialty drinks,

Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences

Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers
-
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and work area

Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
-
Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed
-
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
-
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
-
Patience to learn and exercise good time management skills to handle multiple tasks within your responsibilities
